Acrylonitrile
acrylonitrile styrene (as) is a binary copolymerization hydraulic testing machine for food containers and packaging materials. It is mainly used for metal engineering plastics, and has been widely used in food containers and food processing machinery and equipment. This standard is formulated with reference to the American FDA 177.1040 hygienic standards for as and other plastic products in China
this standard was first published in April, 1998
this standard is proposed by the Ministry of health of the people's Republic of China
this standard was drafted by Shanghai Institute of food hygiene supervision and inspection, Guangxi Institute of food hygiene supervision and inspection, and Gansu Provincial Health and epidemic prevention station
this standard moves the experimental machine up and down several times without load. The main drafters: Lu Yi, Gu Zhenhua, Kong Zhongfu, Luo congbiao, Yang Wenjun
this standard is interpreted by the Chinese Academy of preventive medicine, a technical centralized unit entrusted by the Ministry of health
1 scope
this standard specifies the hygienic requirements and inspection methods of acrylonitrile styrene (as) molded products
this standard is applicable to containers and food processing machinery and equipment made of acrylonitrile styrene copolymer resin as raw materials for food containers and packaging materials, which can be in contact with beverages, low alcohol wines and oil foods
2 reference standard
the provisions contained in the following standards constitute provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the editions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards
gb/t5009.60-1996 analysis method of hygienic standard for polyethylene, polystyrene and polypropylene molded products for food packaging
gb/t17338-1998 analysis method of residual acrylonitrile monomer in styrene acrylonitrile copolymer and rubber modified acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin and its molded products for food packaging
